Final Sale
Due to the unique and often delicate nature of our collection, original artwork is generally sold as final sale. We encourage you to reach out with any questions about a piece before finalizing your purchase to ensure it is the perfect fit for your space.
Wrong Artwork
While we take great care in preparing your order, should the wrong artwork reach you, please contact the gallery promptly. We will work diligently to resolve the situation and ensure the correct piece finds its way to you.
Damaged Artwork
We ask that you reasonably inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival. In the rare event that a piece arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. To help us understand what happened, we ask that you provide clear photographs of:
- The damaged artwork
- The packaging materials
- The shipping label
Each situation is reviewed individually with a focus on fairness. Potential refunds or replacements are determined at the discretion of Orange County Arthouse as we strive to find a reasonable solution for our collectors.
Cancellation
If you change your mind, orders may be cancelled provided that shipment preparation has not yet begun. Once a piece has been professionally packaged for its journey, we are generally unable to halt the process.
