Ownership vs. Copyright
When you acquire a piece from Orange County Arthouse, the purchase transfers ownership of the physical artwork to you. It is important to note that the copyright remains with the artist unless specifically transferred separately in writing. This is a standard practice that protects the creative legacy of our artists.
Display & Reproduction
Collectors are warmly welcome to display their acquired artwork privately in their homes or offices. However, artwork images may not be reproduced commercially or used for promotional purposes without express permission from the copyright holder.
